In 2024, the Taste of Oranmore & Clarinbridge introduced the ‘Signature Dish’ initiative, inviting local restaurants and cafés to showcase their creativity using the finest fresh, local ingredients. Each venue hosted its own exclusive launch night to unveil their creation, which remained available for patrons to enjoy throughout the duration of the festival. To foster a deeper connection between our communities and the talented people behind the kitchens, we also hosted Q&A sessions with the owners, managers, and chefs. These insightful conversations allowed residents to get to know the faces behind their favourite meals, truly bridging the gap between our communities and the culinary experts who bring these delicious creations to life.
